Life on the Edge: The Story of 11-Year-Old Artem Who Needs Our Help 💔

Today, we come to you with a plea that is impossible to read without pain. Artem Seredyn is an 11-year-old boy bravely battling Duchenne muscular dystrophy. His story is an ordeal that no child should ever have to go through.

The Pain We Must Overcome Together:

• A Family on Its Own: When Artem was just 2 months old, his mother left the family. Today, his only support is his father, who has long been retired (he is over 60 years old). He gives his son everything, but the resources of an elderly man are becoming critically insufficient.

• The Price of Life: Artem requires special medication from Germany. It is extremely expensive, and due to a lack of funds, his father is forced to split the doses in half to make them last longer. The terrible truth is that because of this forced economy, the treatment has stopped yielding any results. The disease is progressing.

• The Need for Freedom: Artem is growing (he is currently 140 cm tall, with a hip circumference of 90 cm), and his old wheelchair has become disastrously small for him. This causes physical pain and restricts his mobility. A new Ergoflix Basic wheelchair (18.50.07.0013) is a vital necessity for him.

Its cost is 3,890 Euros.
